Michele has worked in a wide range of Prep and Senior Schools ranging from The Dragon to Abingdon Prep to d’Overbrocks College in Oxford with some state special school in the middle.
A former Director of Art, Deputy Head, DSL, Chaplain, and Head of RS, Michele was the editor of Prep School magazine and various other publications. She has co-authored books on primary art education and delivered training for IAPS and SATIPS. She is now a freelance educator and Chaplaincy advisor.
